Não baixem, não recomendo. É difícil de mexer e quando você aprende a mexer não vai, é muito ruim, imprestavel. Só perda de memória!!!

It takes a WHOLE day to get a photo back. Never use the “later” option and read the reviews before you go broke.

Absolutely hate a credits system, for this reason I don’t see staying with this app. And then it takes 2 hrs just to remove veins? So they are sending these off to a 3rd party or AI that takes two hours a photo? Wow. I like controlling the editing myself. I just want to smooth and tilt skin a bit and maybe erase a blemish. So this is a much bigger unnecessary production. It just shows basic retouching options like other apps on its preview so I can’t help but wonder how all these positive revues when you have to wait, in seeing some people say 7 hrs to retouch a photo?! That’s insanity.

I contacted support nobody is answering, at first it says 8 hours which is a lot for someone subscribed for $30 a month and then it kept increasing it says 16 hours you go back after 10 hours it say 22 hours you go back after that and it says 36 hours, at this point I need my refund and I don’t want my photos to be edited. And nobody in support even viewed my msg

It been 24 hours and my photo still isn’t ready and there’s no customer service to contact, do not download this app!!!

Used to be great. Now almost 24 hours for an edit even with priority with subscription. Anybody recommend another option?

This app used to be super clutch, especially for me as a designer who sometimes does not have the time to work on certain projects so I would just have them do it for a very quick turnaround times, but unfortunately, maybe the app has gotten too popular now so now the wait times are literally 24 hours which defeats the whole purpose. I’m better off just uploading the photos into Photoshop and doing it myself.

The app does the job but it is extremely slow like 15+ hours I don’t get it. That is ridiculous. It almost doesn’t make you want to use it because they take way too long even though you’re paying for it. Please fix this! Thanks!

I agree with former comments. The editing used to take a few minutes an hour at most and now I’m looking at 5-7 hours!!! Yall usually even had the option to spend more credits to have it go faster. What am I paying for

This place is horrible when it comes to when they quote a time for it to be ready and then it’s not ready after waiting for 5-6 hours. Will not use them again. BEWARE

All of my pictures are always good but takes forever to get them. Mosf of the time it takes 13 hours for the picture to get edited, sometimes longer! I wish this app was more convenient

Submitted for two photos and had to pay for these photos to be edited. Over a 16 hour wait. Just try something else.

I've used your site for 8 years and have always been happy til now. I sent a picture requesting a thinner and flat stomach multiple times now, and they take my credits and don't provide the service. They used to ask you to rate the designers, but now their staff has shut that off, and even though I've resubmitted 5 times, they have taken almost a hundred points with no changes and no one to talk to! I'll take my business eske where in this day of AI

I used to use this app consistently & it worked great. But Lately I noticed a significant downgrade in quality…it seems like the designers aren't even trying anymore they give result that obviously look photoshopped. & now if u try to correct them with the redo option they don’t even bother fixing the issues. It’s becoming a waste of money… gonna look for a new app I advise to STAY AWAY from this one

You can pay 100 credits for an individual retouch and sometimes no matter how much you specify and make yourself clear the editor will completely ignore your request. If you try to redo it, the option to rate the designer is gone. If they keep ignoring your requests and you try to clarify you will have to use even more credits for something you already paid for. If you do that and they still don’t follow your requests (which you paid for) you will be charged more and more for every retouch.

When using the app, Im often charged the incorrect amount for credits.

I would say that most of my pictures come out how I order them and the designers will fix things if you don’t like them.

I paid to have a video edited. The estimated wait time was 5 minutes. 1 hour later it’s still not done. 2,3 then finally 4 hours later - I received finished video. How did it go from 5 minutes to 4 hours? Ridiculous - so glad I paid the one-time fee and did not subscribe

I asked it to fix my dogs eyes and make it look like she was smiling and the picture was no different at all. Even after a redo. Glad I only wasted $1.99

When I first got this app, it was amazing. Now the edits look a mess. I have to send for a redo at least SIX times, in which I’m charged for it. I want my credits back. If I showed y’all these pictures, you would say they look horrible.

I love how quickly your photos are ready now and most of the time they get it right on the first try.

I don’t know about anyone else. But I certainly don’t have 5 minutes to wait for your app to decide it’s ready for use!!! Get with it man! These are fast times! No one has time to wait!

Nothing is free. You have to earn credits to use PER FEATURE. Every single modification you want to do to a photo will cost you. Trash

Today I made a recharge and subscription for 500 coins/credit that has not reflected. Last month in December I made a subscription of 1700 and was given 1,200 coins fix this!… I’ve sent multiple mails

This was a big mistake! The Breast lift is not there anymore or the breast alteration . I use to love this app until the recent updates. Please bring that back! Plus why am I waiting hours when I am paying for subscription. I don’t not like the updates at all. Please switch it back

Scam app. Can’t edit yourself it has to be sent to designers. What the f does that mean? They make yo pay for pro and still have to pay for editing. Crazy wild scam

They usually only took about an hour at the most to edit your photos. Now they’re taking 4-5 hours to edit them and when you come check on it in 4-5 hours you still have another 3 hours to wait !! it’s RIDICULOUS! it was never this bad. this need to get fixed asap! they charge you to edit them so why does it take so long ? it’s ridiculous

This app used to be amazing! Fast turn around times, great product, etc. now the wait times I've gotten are longer and longer. I used to be able to pay to get a quicker turnaround times, but now that's not offered. Instead they offer for you to save money by getting an even longer time which is a joke because your turnaround time is already nearly 24 hours! To make it even worse, there have been quite a few times when the updates requested were not done and that's after waiting for 16/20+ hours!!! What happened to this app?? Why is it now taking sooo long and the quality has gotten so bad???

I absolutely love this app. This is my go too when I just can’t seem to get my photos how I like them.

I have been using retouch me for the past three years, and have always been very happy with the results! The pictures always look so natural, and that’s why they will always be my first choice. 😊

It's not advertised that you have to pay per edit. Also, I was expecting a crappy algorithm service but instead your photo is sent to real people? That's cool for some people, but it makes me uncomfortable. This also means that your photo is not "one click away", like they advertise. Seems like it's also not worth it according to other reviews.

Im so happy with Retouch me app! They do an amazing job with my pictures. I really recommend it🙂

I used to really love this app. But now it just seems to scam you out of money. They have you pay extra to get your picture quickly and every time I have tried that it has never worked. I still get my picture in the same amount of time.

Sent pic to edit. The same pic was returned with no changes. Paid $1.

Prepare for around 4 hours plus to have any changes made to a photo!

You have to pay for any and every action so I have no idea how it performs at even the most simple of tasks
